"The size was close and it fits…"
The size was close and it fits my dog okay, so I guess it works. I’m still a little suspicious about how accurate the sizing is, though, because it doesn’t feel like the perfect fit I was expecting.

"It worked okay here and there, but…"
It worked okay here and there, but then, the location was way off most of the time. Like it would seem fine for a minute, and then suddenly it had me nowhere near where I actually was.

"Decent site, browsing could be smoother"
The website was alright to use, some pages loaded slowly for me and it took a little while to find the size info I needed. Once I made it to checkout, that part was simple enough. Overall not bad, I just think it could be easier to browse

"Better stock than I expected"
I ordered a few dog training items and they had more in stock than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. One size I needed was sold out, but it was clearly marked before checkout so there wasn’t any confusion. Shipping was standard and everything arrived without any issues. I’d order from them again, though I do wish a few more options stayed available.

I ordered a harness from outdoordogsupply.com and at first it looked decent, but my dog just did not seem comfortable in it. The straps were rubbing a little under his front legs, and he kept trying to scratch at it, so I’m guessing it was bothering him? Shipping was fine and everything arrived okay, so it wasn’t a total bad experience. I just expected it to feel a bit more comfortable for the price. Maybe it works better for other dogs, but it didn’t seem like the right fit for mine.

"Selection felt thin"
I was hoping to browse a decent mix of outdoor dog gear, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. Compared to other pet sites I’ve used, where you can usually scroll through a bunch of brands, sizes, and styles, this felt bare.
If you only need something super basic, it might be fine, but I kept running into items that either weren’t available or only had one option. After poking around for a bit, I ended up leaving and ordering from another site with a bigger selection

I ordered a couple of things for my dog from outdoordogsupply, and overall it went well. The site was straightforward to use, and everything showed up looking like what was listed, which is always the pattern I’m hoping for when trying a new online store: easy ordering, accurate descriptions, and no weird surprises. Shipping did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Prices seemed fair too, so I’d probably order from them again if I needed more dog gear.

"Order was fine, but the support was frustrating"
My order itself was totally fine, so it’s not even about that. The frustrating part was customer service taking days to get back to me, and when they finally did, my issue still wasn’t really resolved. Not the worst experience overall, but the support definitely could’ve been better.

"Broke on the First Walk"
I only got one walk out of it before it broke. I was already away from home when it happened, so I felt kind of trapped trying to deal with it and get back. Really disappointing because I expected it to last way longer than that.

I was a bit disappointed because my order wasn’t right and the leash wasn’t included. I had actually picked this up for my dog, who really needed a new one, so it was frustrating to open the package and realize it was missing.

"Annoying return process"
I had to keep chasing them just to get the return info, and the refund took longer than I expected. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real human to talk to, just automated replies and waiting around. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely more annoying than it needed to be.

I only looked through the product pages, but the info felt thin and a little confusing. it was hard to figure out the sizes or what actually comes included. Based on that, I wouldn’t really feel safe placing an order.

"Shipping Took Too Long"
The shipping was much slower than I expected, which was frustrating. I try to be careful about ordering from places when I’m not sure how reliable the delivery timing will be, and this experience definitely makes me hesitant to order from here again.

"My order did arrive on time…"
My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was rough. The box was crushed and the tape was barely holding on. Thankfully the item inside was okay, but for dog supplies, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.

"Decent collar, leash could be better"
I ordered a collar and leash from Outdoor Dog Supply a few months back. The collar’s been holding up well so far. No real complaints there. The leash, though, started looking worn quickly, especially around the stitching. Kind of disappointing for the price. My dog still uses it, so it’s not terrible or anything. Just expected it to last a bit longer. Shipping was fine.

"Payment was more annoying than it should’ve been"
My card got declined twice for some reason before it finally went through. I did get the email receipt afterward, so at least I knew the payment actually worked, but the whole checkout process was kind of frustrating.
